Course Goal

This course aims to understand the importance of leadership in the management and implementation of nursing services, to evaluate the leader profiles in line with effective leadership characteristics, to lead in the team and to examine new leadership approaches in the 21st century.

Course Content

This course includes the historical development of leadership, definition and characteristics of leadership, leadership theories, new approaches to leadership.
