Course Goal / Objective
In this course, it is aimed to gain the knowledge and skills to be used in the field of practice related to the nature of management, management and organizational functions and processes.
Course Content
The concept of organization includes its principles, structures, hospital organization, management, board of directors, medical services organization and management, and nursing services administration, organization, organization and management of care, support, administrative and financial services.
