Course Goal / Objective
It is to provide students with knowledge about the methods of collecting semen from animals, examination, reconstitution, freezing and thawing of frozen semen.
Course Content
Genetic acquisition with semen technology in animals, general information about its importance in terms of animal breeding and livestock economy, methods of obtaining semen from animals, examination, dilution, freezing and thawing of frozen semen.
Course Precondition
To be a graduate of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Agriculture (Department of Animal Science), Department of Biology.
