Course Goal
To teach the importance of reading legal texts, thinking in legal style, asking and writing. Teaching the methods to be applied in determining the types and qualities of legal disputes and their resolution, and the methodical application of the professional knowledge gained through the theoretical knowledge learned during the legal education. Ensuring the adoption of the basic information about the preparation of seminars, articles and monographs by explaining them practically.
Course Content
Scientific research methods in law, citation procedures, writing the introduction, writing the development section, writing the conclusion, creating a bibliography, creating the table of contents, creating abbreviation table, using microsoft word.
