Course Goal / Objective
Invalidity of general assembly resolutions is one of the problems that frequently come up in joint stock companies. In particular, different opinions are encountered in judicial decisions and doctrine regarding the type of invalidity of the general assembly decision. In addition, this issue is important in terms of limited companies and cooperatives as well as joint stock companies. In this course, it is aimed to introduce the solutions of the problems related to the invalidity of the general assembly resolutions.
