Course Goal
To give students theoretical and practical informatoin about medical law
Course Content
Legal sources of the right to health, the legal nature of the relationship between the patient and the physician, the rights of the patient, the rights of the physician, the responsibility of the physician and the health institutions, the consent to the medical intervention, medical research, professional ethics, the legality of the medical intervention, the patient's disclosure, the physician's obligations, the patient's obligations, Issues such as organ and tissue transplantation and drug law are the subjects of this course.
