Course Goal

The aim is to synthesize the independent study findings obtained by the students as a result of the literature review with statistical methods and to extract summary information.

Course Content

The course content consists of literature review, effect size, heterogeneity concept and evaluation of heterogeneity, fixed effect and random effect models, summary criteria, subgroup analyzes, meta-regression, examination of publication bias.
