Course Goal / Objective
Introducing the solutions of the problems related to the invalidity of the decisions of the general assembly and the board of directors, which are among the most frequently encountered problems in practice.
Course Content
The two mandatory organs in joint stock companies are the board of directors and the general assembly. Whether the decisions taken by the organs are valid or not is frequently the subject of judgment. Considering the need in practice, various scientific studies have been carried out in this field, and in the course, problems will be identified and solutions will be put forward based on legislation and judicial decisions.
