Course Goal / Objective

The purpose of this lecture is to teach students the principles of laboratory practice, cleaning of laboratories, preliminaries for the practises of the lectures Medical Biology and Genetics, which is given to term-1 students and to give an introduction of materials and devices on cytogenetics and molecular-genetics laboratories, material acceptance, conservation of materials, principles of working with materials, and for our routine services, to teach them planning and programming and all the laboratory studies carried out at Medical Biology Department.

Course Content

The content of this lecture is to provide students with the required information about the principles of laboratory practice, cleaning of laboratories, preliminaries for the practises of the lectures Medical Biology and Genetics ,which is given to term-1 students and to give an introduction of materials and devices on cytogenetics and molecular-genetics laboratories, material acceptance for routine services, conservation of materials, principles of working with materials, and to give them a sense of responsibility for the procedures of routine services.
