Course Goal / Objective

The objective of this course is to make the students understand the basic processes and activities in supply chains; and the benefit of decision making including all of the organizations in the chain.

Course Content

In this course; basic concepts, the competitive advantage perspective, success factors, supply and demand planning, supply chain strategies, inventory decisions and purchase management, supplier selection, performance measuring, importance of information and information technologies will be emphasized.
