Course Goal / Objective
The course aims the students gain an understanding of the main issues in the management of innovation and the relevant skills needed to manage innovation at both strategic and operational levels.
Course Content
The course includes the topics of Innovation and its processes, technological innovation, new product management, discussion of new product/service development processes, innovation strategy, networks and communities of innovators, managing product innovation
