Course Goal / Objective

To understand the systematic, bio-ecological and economic characteristics of economic invertebrates living in the marine environment.

Course Content

The main features of animal systematics; biological, systematic and ecological characteristics of marine invertebrates; Explaining the general characteristics of invertebrate groups from Protozoa to Echinodermata, especially species with economic importance, and their contributions to the economy.
