Course Goal / Objective

To make the students who take the course comprehend the learning and teaching of the systematic application of physical exercises and sportive activities that people need to do in order to have a healthy physiological and psychological structure, to enjoy life, to struggle with vital problems.

Course Content

Concepts related to physical exercise and health. Methods of warming up, cooling down, flexibility and flexibility development. Strength, tools, strength development movements and methods. Studies on endurance.

The course has no prerequisites.
