Course Goal
To learn the methods of making judgments from the Shari'ah evidence.
Course Content
Methods of making judgments from Shari'a sources, division of words, purposes of Shari'ah decrees, Ijtihad, Taklid issues.
Course Precondition
To have taken the course of Islamic Legal Procedure -1
