Course Goal
To acquire theoretical knowledge about the place of the History of Islamic Sects in social sciences and the method of the history of Islamic Sects as a branch of science. To have the competence to apply the methodological principles in practice in the studies of Islamic sects.
Course Content
Research Methods in Social Sciences, the relationship between theology and social science, the method, purpose, study areas, basic sources, methods and techniques of the History of Islamic Sects as a branch of science, the history of Islamic Sects throughout history.

There are no prerequisites for the course.
