Course Goal / Objective
Acquiring knowledge and skills on the basic principles of qualitative research, qualitative research models, data collection and interpretation methods and techniques
Course Content
1-The development of qualitative thought and research, its epistemological and ontological foundations and limits; 2-Qualitative research models, 3- Ways of collecting and protocoling qualitative data, 4-Qualitative data analysis (category development, discourse analysis, semiology, hermeneutics, phenomenology, psychoanalysis, Marxist, typological analysis, deconstruction, etc.), 5- Reliability and validity ways, 6-The place of qualitative research in epistemology and social science theories
