Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to provide undergraduate students with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management principles, strategies, and the role of technology in optimizing supply chain operations. Over a 14-week programme, it helps students develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to modern supply chain management. It enables them to develop skills in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production planning, logistics design and technology use. At the end of the program, students will be prepared to overcome supply chain challenges using planning, optimization techniques and technology tools, contributing to efficient and sustainable supply chain management practices.
