Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the analysis (pesticide, mycotoxin, metal, drug) methods and techniques used in the pharmacology and toxicology laboratory, the working principles of devices (HPLC, TLC, GC spectrophotometer, centrifuge, etc.), the basic rules.

Course Content

Basic laboratory rules, chemicals used in the laboratory, chemical safety and risks, basic instruments, analysis methods performed in the Pharmacology and Toxicology laboratory, Toxicological sample examination and preparation methods, HPLC, TLC, GC, spectrophotometer, centrifuge, ELISA.

There is no prerequisite for this course.
