Course Goal / Objective
To introduce the principles and functioning of clinical assistance in orthodontics.
Course Content
The role of oral and dental health technician in orthodontic practice, Four handed dentistry, Instrument transfer, Basic materials, consumables and hand instruments used in orthodontics , Organizing of bonding/banding/rebonding/debonding tray, photographing/archwire change/clear aligners trays. Contaminated areas, Medical waste management.
