Learns the importance, herbal characteristics, usage areas, cultivation and quality techniques of some important oil plants for food and industrial purposes in world and turkey trade.

LO01 Knows the importance and usage areas of oil plants in Turkey and in the world.
LO02 Learns the herbal properties, usage areas and cultivation techniques of edible oil plants such as soybean, poppy, peanut, flax, sesame, sunflower, safflower, canola and mustard cultivated in our country.
LO03 Learns the herbal properties, usage areas and cultivation techniques of some oil plants (castor oil, rapeseed) used for industrial purposes.
LO04 Learns the herbal properties, usage areas and cultivation techniques of important alternative oil plants (Lesquerella, Crambe, Jojoba, Vernonia, oil turnip, Limnathes).
