Course Goal / Objective

All disciplines/categories of gymnastics, rhythm music and movement training, dance, theater, drama and movement skills, cognitive skills, choreographic and creative methods, social and aesthetic skills, posture/posture, body image, artistic presentation and expression using different tools and equipment. is to develop, learn and apply different forms of demonstration.

Course Content

Demonstration gymnastics and terminology of gymnastics. Analyzing their visual displays, professional body movements and performances. Recognizing simple rhythms, basic movements (oscillations, circles, swings, merges and turns, bounces, hops, body waves, etc.). Grab bar (bale) exercises. Locomotor and non-locomotor movements, improvisation techniques. Connections, stepping techniques, preparation, rhythmic play and use in music, space and space use. Coordination, balance, dexterity and healing. creative thinking. Editing and choreography, movement and imagination, emotional, presentation and expression developer. Use of fixed fixed or unused objects. Pair and group work. Stage, light, vehicle and make-up design. Practical applications in demonstration gymnastics.
