Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to present the students with the basic concepts of total quality management and to gain knowledge about the structure of today's sports management and the application of the total quality management approach in sports.

Management sciences and sports management, Quality concept, development of quality concept Global competition and new management paradigms Differences between total quality management and classical management Philosophy and principles of total quality management sports federations, administrative structures of sports clubs and the basic principles of total quality management in sports, Total quality management implementation as a process, Leadership and importance in total quality management
