Course Goal / Objective

To comprehend the features, structure, systems and exercises of volleyball and to have knowledge.

Course Content

The characteristic of volleyball, the main tasks of its training, the structure of its performance, its factors, physical preparation, practice organization, service, reception, playmaking, attack, block, back area defense and advantage ball exercises.
