Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is; To ensure that students of the athletics coaching department have general knowledge and skills in the field of athletics coaching practice.
Course Content
Promotion of athletics and its branches. Training principles and fundamentals. Athletics techniques and practices. Physical preparation and conditioning development. Training methods and applications. Psychological needs of track and field athletes. Motivation techniques and athlete psychology
