Course Goal / Objective
Block against the offense performed by the opponent, learning the Back Center Inside and Back Center Outside Defense system.
Course Content
Gaining tactical skills in volleyball, defense analysis, expression and application of defense dubbing against the opponent's offense from number 2,3,4.
