Course Goal / Objective
Teaching methods, techniques and tactics of volleyball.
Course Content
General characteristics of the volleyball game, Historical development of the volleyball game in the world and in Turkey, Contemporary volleyball field dimensions and game rules, Basic stance types, Teaching the service technique, Teaching the header technique, Teaching the finger pass technique, Application of serve-serve reception and passing techniques together, Teaching the dunk technique, Passer characteristics and pass types, Double entries and dunk practice (cross, Romanian, elevator), Teaching the block technique.
