Course Goal / Objective
To learn the rules of Table Tennis, To learn the technical and tactical skills in Table Tennis.
Course Content
Definition, history and benefits of table tennis as a racket sport, different game levels and teaching steps for them, materials and facilities, learning and teaching of game situations, tactics and stroke techniques for beginners, organisation of competitions and development of training programmes.
