Course Goal / Objective
Turkish law period in the history of Islamic law , personal , family, furniture , inheritance, loans and land law issues and ensure that they have information about the Ottoman administration courses main objectives of these areas . Based on the main sources of Islamic jurisprudence, to transfer the types and principles of worship to the students, to give them a perspective that can solve the new problems that arise in the field of worship.
Course Content
Turkey ahead of get an idea of Islam that allows the rule of law and institutions and curses where the overall distribution of information about islamic law.
