Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to make people understand the importance of the child in Turkish culture, to give information about the educational methods that have developed and changed in the historical process regarding children, and to make them understand the importance of children in Turkish culture based on written and oral cultural products.

Course Content

The content of the course consists of the place of the child in Turkish culture, the methods applied in the historical process for the physical development and education of the child, and information about education in oral and written cultural products related to the child
