Course Goal / Objective
By learning the basic concepts and principles of analytical chemistry, it is aimed that they will be able to understand what principles and qualitative and quantitative processes applied in classical chemical analysis can be based on and how they can be applied and make necessary calculations. In addition to this, it is aimed to acquire basic information about determination of statistical significance of the analysis results and statistical evaluation.
Course Content
Analytical chemistry is a discipline in which the substance is studied to examine and explain the construction, in other words to examine the components and quantities that make up the substance. PH, buffers, gravimetry, volumetry and titrations. Course Book and Notes. I - V. Performs group cations and qualitative analysis. Theoretically, they make quantitative analyzes with various titration techniques in the light of the information they have learned.
