Course Goal / Objective

Evaluation of individualized drug therapy by identifying drug-related problems in different patient groups and understanding the management.

LO01 Interpret the patient's social, medical and drug history.
LO02 Can evaluate the patient's laboratory data and vital signs.
LO03 pharmaceutical care plan can be created by evaluating the appropriateness of the indication, dose and route of administration of the drugs used by the patient.
LO04 A pharmaceutical care plan can be created by evaluating the patient's medications in terms of side effects and interactions.
LO05 Within the scope of the pharmaceutical plan created, the patient/patient relative and/or relevant healthcare personnel can communicate with the recommendations regarding drug treatment.
LO06 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the patient's drug treatment.
LO07 By monitoring the patient's compliance with his/her treatment, the necessary precautionary plan can be created to increase compliance.
