Course Goal / Objective
It aims to understand the important effects of interactions of herbal medicines and food supplements with foods and drugs on health and the importance of their appropriate use from a pharmacist's perspective.
Course Content
Interactions of herbal medicines (kava kava, ginseng, black cohosh, st john's wort, echinaceae and some other major herbs) and dietary supplements with foods and medications
