Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to introduce contemporary career planning methods that are compatible with real-life problems in rapidly changing economic, social, cultural, ethical, and legal conditions of the business world, and to equip students with the ability to adapt these methods to their own lives. Career Planning is a problem-solving and decision-making process that aims to establish the most suitable relationship between employees' values and needs and their job experiences and opportunities. It enables employees to be happier and more productive in their jobs. It creates employees who can anticipate their future, know what to expect, set their goals accordingly, have high motivation, and are dedicated to their work. It is a course that involves individual application. It provides a strategic approach to career planning and job searches.
