Course Goal / Objective
Strengthening the capacity for analyzation and interpretation of legal issues and disputes occured in health service within the frame of written law and relevant institutions.
Course Content
Introduction and basic concepts, basic health institutions and organiztions, patient and doctor rights and responsibilities, concept of 'contract' in our national law, basic concepts of administrative law, liability of the administration.
