Course Goal / Objective
Recognizes the types and varieties of vegetables grown in the world and in Turkey; Applies the cultural procedures required for vegetable cultivation and discusses the problems that may be encountered in cultivation.
Course Content
Defines the concept of vegetable and classifies it according to its characteristics, distinguishes it from other cultivated plants. Plans vegetable production and applies the necessary cultural procedures in vegetable cultivation.
