Course Goal / Objective

Discuss current research topics in Citrus, access to scientific databases and use, planning the appropriate trial pattern, definition, selection and implementation of statistical trial patterns, statistical evaluation of the obtained data to prepare the presentation.

Course Content

Determination of problems in citrus fruits; access to current national and international researches (use of academic databases); determination of appropriate variables to be considered in breeding, physiology and breeding studies; planning of experiment, implementation of plan and execution of experiment; taking and proper recording of experiment data; application of variance analysis using program programs and post hoc tests.; visual presentation of the results (table-chart) and make them available
