Course Goal / Objective

It is aimed to learn open-seeded plants used for aesthetic and functional purposes in Landscape Architecture studies together with the characteristics of genus and species. At the same time, it is aimed to learn open-seeded plants growing naturally in our country and to obtain general information about their usage areas.

Course Content

General classification of the plants, distinctive characteristics of gymnosperms, general information of eight classes (including the disappearing) that belong to gymnosperms; general characteristics of living 10 families; general properties of species and information about the uses of every species in landscape architecture
