Course Goal / Objective
At the end of this course, students are expected to understand the topics of quality philosophy, standardization, total quality management and applications.
Course Content
In this course; quality, standardization, total quality management, quality circles, quality indicators, device maintenance, internal quality control and assessment, and external quality control and assessment are covered.
