Course Goal / Objective
At the end of this course, students are aimed to gain basic information on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the cellular elements of the blood and the organs that produce them, and to gain skills to perform hematological analyses.
Course Content
In this course, blood tissue, hematopoietic stem cells, hematopoiesis, blood cells, complete blood count and evaluation, sedimentation, peripheral smear and staining, collection of blood samples, blood products and preparation, bleeding diathesis and bleeding diseases will be discussed.
