Course Goal / Objective

To teach the toxic effects of metals on fish physiology

Course Content

Mussels are used as bioindicators in environmental toxicology because they naturally contain poison and accumulate xenobiotics. In this lesson, the importance of mussels in terms of environmental toxicology will be explained with various examples.
