Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to express Horticultural Plants and basic concepts related to garden plants, propagation, cultivation of garden plants, harvesting and the importance of storage.
Course Content
Definition and classification of Horticultural Plants, economic importance, biological characteristics, physiology, propagation methods, establishing and operating gardens, greenhouses and vineyard facilities, annual maintenance operations in orchards, vegetables and vineyards, preservation and marketing of Horticultural products and the use of growth regulators in horticultural agriculture. Includes facilities.
