Course Goal / Objective
Knowing the basic concepts and theories required for the manager, nurse, and organizer of the nursing services and giving information about managing the nurse man power source.
Course Content
Basic concepts and theories of management, historical development of management, aims and targets of nursing services management, management process stages (planning, organization, orientation, control)
