Course Goal / Objective
In this course, which is an introduction to commercial law, students are taught the basic institutions and concepts related to commercial law.
Course Content
Commercial and commercial law, commercial enterprise, commercial affairs and the provisions governing them, commercial jurisdiction; determination of commercial cases, courts where commercial cases will be tried, evidence and procedure in commercial cases, provisions of being a merchant and a merchant, merchant assistants; dependent assistants, independent assistants, trade registry organization, trade name and business name, trademark; Definition and types of trademark, registration, rights and obligations of the trademark owner, legal proceedings regarding the trademark, invalidity and termination, protection of trademark right, unfair competition, commercial books, current account.
