Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce the positive psychology theories that examine the roles of the individual's strengths and positive social systems in contributing to optimal well-being by increasing happiness and well-being.

Course Content

In this course, It will be examined studies on well-being and happiness by using positive psychological theories and research.

LO01 Evaluate the interaction between psychological, biological and physical elements of positive psychology and the results of this interaction in terms of health and well-being.

LO04 They can discuss different theories and methods of measurement about well-being, happiness and positive emotions.

LO07 They develop skills to use different research methods, including experimental designs, which can be used in studies in the field of positive psychology.
