Course Goal / Objective

This course focus on creating awareness of management skills.

Course Content

This course, in line with the "How to develop management skills?" question rather than the “What is Management?” question, is designed for the purpose of developing management skills. In this context, the course covers the subjects of developing self-awareness, managing personal stress, solving problems, communicating effectively, gaining power and influence, providing motivation, delegating authority, establishing effective teams and displaying positive leadership, managing change, making innovation, and understanding artificial intelligence.
