Course Goal / Objective
Environmental law is aimed at protecting the natural assets by law.
Course Content
The framework of environmental law. Fundamental concepts and principles of environmental law. The legal significance of natural resources. Legislation on environmental pollution. The right to environment in the context of international law. Liability and judicial review.
Course Precondition
There is no prerequisite for this course.
