Course Goal / Objective
The main objective of the course is to enable students to acquire the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for undergraduate level about private debt relations.
Course Content
Special Provisions of the Law of Obligations course, unlike the general principles of the Law of Obligations, deals with special regulations on contracts and debt relations.
Course Precondition
There is no prerequisite for the course.
