Course Goal / Objective
The subject of the history of law , period , methodology, the general framework of the history and modern development stage of basic legal concepts and institutions of law ; effects of Islamic law and Roman law on pre-modern institutions; The change of Ottoman rule of law in the Republic of Turkey and to provide information about students having legal systems.
Course Content
This course explores the fundamental framework of general legal history and examines in detail the formation processes of key concepts and institutions in modern law. It provides a comprehensive perspective on the historical development of law, analyzing the legal structures that emerged in different periods and their impact on contemporary legal systems.
