Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to learn how the assets of the heir are transferred after the death of the heir, the rights and obligations between the heirs, the processes of inheritance sharing and to gain the basic knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to solve disputes related to inheritance law.
Course Content
Inheritance Law course covers the basic principles and legal regulations regarding the opening of inheritance, types of inheritance, death-related dispositions, estate management, inheritance sharing and resolution of inheritance law disputes.

The course has no prerequisites.
