Course Goal / Objective
The course aims to teach General Principles of Notification Law
Course Content
This course will focus on procedures of notification under Turkish law and deals with importance and content of notification, types of notification, notification to legal persons and gives knowledge about main issues of notification law, acts and applications.

| LO06 | Students evaluate the effectiveness and legal consequences of notification procedures and explain which method would be more appropriate in certain situations. |
| LO07 | Students list the legal conditions necessary for the validity of the notice (e.g. the manner of service, timing, methods of reaching the recipient). |
| LO08 | Students can reflect on understanding the legal consequences of service of process (e.g. time to file a lawsuit, time to appeal) and discuss the impact of these consequences on the progress of cases. |
